Everything you could dream of for a perfect day, start to finish, for up to 150 guests. You and your guests will have exclusive access with our team standing by to serve.
Seating
Outdoor ceremony seating, banquet tables and banquet seating included. Indoor ceremony seating upon request.
Private Access
Exclusive property access for 16 consecutive hours. Plus, access for rehearsal and decorating the day prior.
Ceremony Pergola
Our ceremony pergola will be waiting, dressed in white sheers. Podium, signing table, and gift table ready also.
Bridal Suite
Private bridal preparation room is included for the bride and her bridal party to get ready in comfort.

If you would like to use Meadow Valley Ranch for your ceremony or reception only, we offer several packages to choose from. Book a tour and let’s start planning your big day!
Seating

Private Access
The entire venue is reserved just for you for six ceremony or eight reception hours. We provide you with extra time for decorating & a rehearsal.
